Conversion of old Steading buildings to form 9 new 2 & 3 bedrooms units. This contract included formation of new entrance road and external landscaping and internal courtyard area.

The works comprised the
conversion of a range of existing disused farm buildings to form 4 houses.
The existing sandstone buildings roofs were removed, floors excavated and a
number of walls taken down. The roof construction is trussed rafters with
slate finish and aluminium rainwater goods. All external works, drainage and
servicing were included in the contract.

The contract comprised major internal alterations to the existing layout to local Opticians, including slappings, removal of load bearing walls to form new reception area, test room and filing room. Structural alterations, bespoke reception counter, solid oak flooring and slate spectacle display units.
